Begin by cutting out 1 inch by 2 inch rectangles from patterned scrapbook paper. Cut enough rectangles to match the number of arrows you'd like to make.

Cut the rectangles into arrow feather shapes. Use small cuts on both sides to create a feather look.

Cut a slit in each side of the base of a paper straw. Slide the paper feather between the slits.

Wrap gold and white vases with fancy patterned gold washi tape. Add a few striped layers on each vase.

Arrange the arrows in your vase. I used a paper towel at the bottom of my vase to create different levels for the arrows.
