Create a variety of shapes, lengths, colors and textures of sea coral from Pool Noodles. Cut small, 3" circles from the pool noodles, attach them to heavy wire and create a wonder wave of a new coral species. Cut purple noodles at a diagonal to create colorful shards. Vary the height of each shard. Split yellow noodles down the center using a serrated or drywall knife. Shape them into foam blades. Create wavy and whimsical coral by cutting spirals out of the blue noodles.

Using a flattened cardboard box as a base, glue your coral collection to the cardboard. Attach floral foam cubes to the cardboad and insert the circle wave coral wire into it. Hot glue into place.

Continue to play and experiment with the placement of your individual coral pieces ensuring they are glued into place along the way. Hide any exposed cardboard by cutting small shapes of noodle and gluing them in place. Shape the coral by bending and spreading the noodles. They are surprisingly agile!

Set up your DIY Sea Coral at a Baby Shark Themed Trunk or Treat, Under the Sea Party or Island Themed VBS. Add a little DIY Sea Urchin and Octopus Skeleton to complete the look.
