Fill balloons from the blue sea balloon garland kit using the included air pump. Add different amounts of air to the balloons to create a variety of sizes. This great kit comes with everything you need to create an incredible balloon garland! I also added blue marble, purple marble, and white balloons to bring more of the ocean feel to the balloon garland.

Measure the space where you want your balloon garland to hang and decide how long you want it to be. Add some extra length to that number, then cut the included balloon decorating strip to your final length.

Place the blown up balloons inside the holes of the balloon decorating strip. Place the knotted end of the balloon inside the holes, skipping a couple holes in between. Repeat until you have a long strand of balloons for your garland. There will be empty spots, and that's okay since we'll fill them in later.

Fill the blue "Baby" Mylar Balloon Banner with air, then hang with the included string on the wall underneath where your balloon garland will go.

Use push pins to hang the balloon garland on the wall above the word "Baby." Bring the balloons forward so you can get the garland as flat as possible against the wall. Command® Strips will also work to hang the balloon garland.

Use glue dots to attach paper honeycomb fish to the balloons throughout the garland. Look for empty or open spaces that you can fill with the fish.

Drape the included net across and throughout the balloon garland. I covered some of the balloons with the net, and then left some balloons out of the net for variety.

Cut paper bubbles from the bubble strips and add them throughout the balloon garland using glue dots.

Check your garland for any empty holes. If you need to fill in any empty spots, just add a balloon with glue dots to fill in the gap. Stand back and admire your gorgeous Under the Sea Balloon Garland! Party guests will be so impressed with your skills and will love this fun, on-theme backdrop.
