For the beak, fold down the line to give it some dimension, and cut the red away from the beak just a little way up so that it will lay flat on the face.

Now it's time to wrap the surprise ball! There are lots of fun items in this surprise ball game, start with a rounder object. I started with one of these fuzzy little stuffed hedgehog toys.

Wrap fairly tightly in brown party streamer paper and once the toy is completely wrapped, cut the paper and secure with a Glue Dot®.

Continue with the other toys. The next one I used was a stress toy and then one of these Woodland Character Finger Puppets (so cute!).

Are you kidding me with these Thanksigiving Rubber Duckies?! They are darling! Add one of these next, keeping the ball as round as possible and placing the next toy in the gaps to keep it in a somewhat spherical shape. After the duck, there was a pretty good little space to add one of these Woodland Party Bouncy Balls.

These might be one of my favorite things I've ever put into a surprise ball (and I've made a LOT of them), look at these Candy Corn Ring Lollipops! So cute! Then these darling little Mini Woodland Party Bags are perfect for rounding even more when you have a lot of jagged edges on your surprise ball ... and bonus, you can totally use them to put all your loot in!

Now that you've seen all the different things that went into the surprise ball, it's time to just keep adding more of the items! You'll want to put enough in the turkey for everyone to get at least a couple little prizes as they play the game. The finished turkey pictured was about 8" tall and 8" wide before all the printable pieces were added to him.

Time to add the printable pieces! Place a Glue Dot® on the hat tab and then wrap more brown paper around the tab to cover it, this will help secure it. Do the same thing with the beak. Add black googly eyes over the beak.

Add the feathers one of two ways; you can either tuck the tabs into some of the brown paper on the back, or cut off the tabs and just glue them on the back. I did a little of both, and like I said, I ended up printing out two pages of the feathers to give him a fuller tail.

How to Play the Card Game: Print out a set of cards and cut out (there are two pages). Shuffle the cards facing down. Sit around the table, or in a circle on the floor, place the cards in the middle. There are 2 different kinds of cards. If you draw a feather play passes to the next person, if you draw an action card, follow the instructions on the card. Any gifts you unwrap, you get to keep!
