
Use scissors or a paper trimmer to cut out 4 ½ inch x 6 ½ inch rectangles from the white, pink, and purple construction paper. You will need 1 white, 1 pink, and 3 purple rectangles.





Put a small line of glue with a gluestick (or use glue dots for an even easier option) on a craft roll. Attach the piece of pink construction paper to the craft roll. Press firmly to secure in place. Wrap the piece of paper around the craft roll and secure the paper in place using another line of glue. Repeat until you have 1 white, 1 pink, and 3 purple craft rolls.

Print the Advent Wreath Printable and Flame Template onto white cardstock. Use scissors to cut around the rectangles and flame template.




Use a gluestick or glue dots to adhere the words onto the corresponding craft tube. Jesus (White), Joy (Pink), Hope, Love, and Peace (Purple).



Trace the flame template onto yellow construction paper five times. Use scissors to cut around the flame to create five yellow flames. Glue the yellow flames in each craft tube at the very top so you can see the flame. Set aside the craft tubes to dry.



Cut green construction paper into 1 inch strips using scissors or a paper trimmer. Invite your kids to rip the strips of green paper into smaller pieces. This is great for fine motor skills!





Cut out a circle from the center of a white paper plate with scissors. Use glue to adhere the torn green squares on the back of the plate.



Put a line of hot glue on the bottom of each tube and attach the tubes onto the paper plate. Be sure to have an adult help with this step.

Display your finished Advent Wreath on the center of your table or somewhere in your home where your family will see it often throughout the Christmas season.
