Place the shortest white candlestick down so that the flat side is facing up. Center a large clear tray over the top. Squeeze e6000 adhesive (a very strong glue) onto the top of the candlestick, then press the centered tray on top. Hold in place for a minute.

Place the longest candlestick from the set directly over the other first candlestick so that the flat side is facing up. Glue the top and the bottom of the candlestick with the e6000 and hold in place for a minute.
Now center the second clear tray over the second candlestick and glue just like as above. Take the medium-sized candlestick and center it with the flat side down this time. Glue in place.
Now leave the whole tray alone for about 24 hours to dry completely. The strong glue needs time to set and cure, so be sure not to move or touch your stand for the full 24 hours.

After 24 hours, and when you are ready to use the tray, place it where it will go on the party table. Blow up an inflatable basketball and place it on top of the top candlestick. It will stay in place by itself, but you can also glue in place if you prefer.

Fill up four light blue snack cups with navy foil wrapped caramels, then place carefully on the top tray.

Fill up the light blue and blue popcorn boxes with popcorn or other snacks, then place on the bottom tray.

Now you're ready to party! Your party guests will adore this fun and creative serving tray and how well it fits the Basketball Baby Shower theme.
