Follow the directions on the pom-pom making tool packaging. Wrap yarn around both sides of the tool. Trim the end of yarn after wrapping the second side. Tie a 3 in. piece of yarn around the center of tool. Then trim down the center of each side.
Next trim the edges of the pom-pom to make the edges the same length.
Thread the needle onto the twine and start threading the pom-poms and tassels.
Lastly, slide the beach tassels onto the twine. Tie off the twine at the tassel rings. I then tied two strings together to create the DIY Tassel Pom Pom Charm. Loop them over a strap of the bag.
