Paint wooden egg with acrylic paint. Let paint dry.
Glue yarn pom-pom to top of the painted wooden egg, slightly askew.
Fold black felt in half and cut a triangle on the crease (once open, it looks like a diamond). This becomes your beak. Then, cut very small circles from black felt as eyes. Glue in place onto the pom-pom.
