Paint the outside of the wood planter box with two coats of paint. I used the green paint from this Blossom Acrylic Paint Set and a foam brush.

Clip the faux baby’s breath to fit the mason jars using wire cutters.

Add a couple feather butterflies to each jar of baby’s breath. Their wire stems allow you to just stick them in!

If you want, you can also stencil on a saying such as “Hello Spring!” on the front of the planter box using letter stencils and white paint.

Don’t miss the rest of my nature-inspired spring mantel decor including the DIY butterfly decorated bird cage and flower bird vases!
