Add a few drops of food coloring gel in each bowl (one bowl for each color). Mix well. Fill a piping bag with frosting, making three separate bags.
Put all three piping bags in the jumbo piping bag with the large star tip.
Frost the cupcake and add edible glitter and silver candy stars.
