Assemble the plastic gingerbread house. Spray paint the entire dog house red, then set aside to dry.
Cut a piece of white craft foam as wide as the house roof with scissors.
Cut a wavy line a couple inches long from one end of the foam. Repeat to make a second piece.
String mini glitter ornaments on a piece of baker's twine, one at a time. Tie a knot to hold each ornament in place. Use a glue gun to glue the ends of the ornament strand onto the dog house.
Cut a piece of boxwood leaf ribbon and wrap it into a circle to form a mini wreath. Trim off the end and glue the wreath in place on the dog house. Use the small yellow ornament foam stickers to decorate the wreath.
Glue foam snowflakes and wood stars onto the roof of the dog house.
Glue a foam Charlie Brown onto the right side of the dog house front. Glue a green tree to the left of Charlie Brown. Glue foam presents around the base of the tree and around Charlie Brown's feet.
