Start by painting several bones from the Bag Of Bones in brightly colored paint. Make sure to paint some bones bright white to really make them pop! Set aside and let dry.

For the table runner, cut a length of Harlequin Tablecloth Roll about 2 feet longer than your table. Fold it in half and place it in the center of your table.

Once the bones have dried, lay out two lengths of Black Tulle Garland and one length of Black Tinsel Garland. Cut a 12-inch piece of Black & White Striped Satin Ribbon. Place bones on top of the garlands and secure with Black & White Striped Satin Ribbon. Repeat every 10 inches.

Lay the garland out on the table and fill in the gaps between the bones by tying a Ceramic Bone every 5 inches.

Set the rest of the table and add a cake stand to the center of the table.

Place the remainder of the bones and the skull on top of the cake stand and get ready to party! Be sure to take a look at the rest of the Neon Kid's Halloween Party for more fun ideas! Don't miss out on the tutorial to make your own DIY Skull Placemats either!
