Mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning.
Divide the refried beans evenly among five jars, spreading out to the sides with a small spatula or spoon.
Follow with a layer of the sour cream mixture and then a layer of shredded cheese. Top the cheese with a layer of guacamole and finish with the black olives.
You can decorate your small jars with paper fringe by folding party streamers in half lengthwise and running fringe scissors along the edge. Adhere under the rim of the mason jar with a small dab of hot glue.
These individual 7 layer dips turned out so cute and are a nice substantial appetizer for a fiesta party. My guests loved them!
