Self-Portrait Printable for Kids

This Self Portrait Printable for Kids is going to give you some excited kids. Children love to draw and be little artists. I decided that for my Artist Party I was going to give them each a chance to be a great artists and draw a self-portrait. It's one of those projects that you can print off and have your children do anytime. Be sure to download the Free Self-Portrait Frame Printable here!

10 to 20 min. Beginner

Step 1

Download the Free Self-Portrait Frame Printable here! Then print it out on cardstock.

Step 2

Put an apron on each child and hand over the Sharpie markers. These are special markers that my girls love to use, but they know they’re only for special occasions.

Step 3

Watch your budding artist draw. This is a great time to talk to them about their features and what makes them special. I love seeing how their little minds work. I think I’ll have to do these at least once a year to see how their artistic skills develop.
