Begin your ring in the newlyweds board by measuring where the teacup hooks will go. For an 11×14 foam board each hook should be about 2″ apart. Using a pencil make light marks as a guide. Start the second row of hooks about 2 1/2″ below the first. The jumbo jingle bells are 1 1/4″ tall so your second row of teacup hooks needs to leave room for the bell and ribbon.

Once you have measured start to screw in your teacup hooks. Foam board is fairly sturdy but it will not hold if you forcefully push the hooks through. Gently pierce the foam board and then slowly screw in the teacup hooks.

Now that all of your hooks have been screwed in place your foam board inside a frame. The frame gives the board a more elegant look and will help it stand.

Feed sheer cream ribbon through the tops of your jingle bells. This cream ribbon is the perfect wedding color and is thin enough that it easily fits through the jingle bells.

Once you have looped ribbon through the tops of all of your bells, hang from the teacup hooks. If any of the bells appear too long simply re-tie the ribbon so you have a nice uniform board.

Create a sign for your ring in the newlyweds board using kraft paper and a glitter glue pen. Your project is now complete and ready to be enjoyed at your wedding!
