If you have chosen to spray the wrought iron gold like I did, then use Gold Trim Place Cards for the guest names. Alternatively, use Black Trim Place Cards if you retained the black iron. Add your guest's names to the cards in your chosen font. Either hand-write or use pre-printed names like I did. These guest names are from Jen T By Design and have a beautiful watercolor navy & purple background that looks gorgeous with the gold trim. I cut the cards to fit and used double-sided tape to adhere to the card.

Cut the Purple Personalized Ribbon into strips that can be tied around each card. Approx 10-12 inches in length. Tie around the card (under the fold) and into a small bow at the top left corner. This way when you use this bow to attach the cards to the feathers and iron the names will be read left to right (up to down).

Bend the wire of the Purple Ostrich Feathers to create a hook. Note: Peacock Feathers are an alternative to this look. Hook the feathers over the wrought iron at even intervals. Note: This is dependent on the size of the wrought iron and the number of guests.

This is an optional step. Spray paint the Mini Clothespins gold for a touch of extra glam and sparkle.

Using the Mini Clothespin, pin the ribbon bow tie the card to the purple feather hook.
Tip 1: Place the names in alphabetical order so that it is easy for your guests to find their name and table assignment.
Tip 2: If there is not enough room to place all of the cards on the wrought iron, place the remaining cards in rows on the table in front of the wrought iron. Again, place these alphabetically to help your guests find their names quickly.

Set your seating chart on a table, so that it is eye level. Place it at the entrance to your reception for all your guests' to admire!
Optional Extra: If your table is more rustic than elegant, like mine, add a Gold Sequin Runner. This is just the touch for you need for that extra dose of glam.
I love how simple and chic this wedding seating chart is. Be sure to check out the full look in my Elegant Navy & Purple Wedding along with my Navy, Purple and Gold DIY Favor Box and Mini Berry Dessert Pancake Stacks
