Using the pearlized blue acrylic paint, paint the back of the white paper plate blue.
With a foam sponge paint brush or the dip and dotters, use brown acrylic paint to paint the stripes across the paper plate. Take orange acrylic paint and have your kids use their thumbprints to make the pumpkins.
Take the paint brushes with fine tips and create the pumpkin vines with green acrylic paint.
With orange construction paper, punch a circle for the pumpkin puppet. Cut a small green stem with the green construction paper. Hot glue to the large colored craft sticks for the paper plate pumpkin. Have an adult do the hot glue step.
