Cut out different shape flowers from pre-cut felt squares. I like to cut the felt sheets into about 2.5″ squares because it makes it easier to cut the flowers and you don’t waste as much felt. Glue the different layers together with a glue gun.

Measure your child’s head and twist a chenille stem together to form a ring. If you get the jumbo ones, one should be long enough. If not twist two together. Glue all the flowers to the pipe cleaner with the glue gun. The flowers can cover the whole ring or just the front. It’s up to you and your child.

Tie some hanging ribbon to the back. This is always my daughter’s favorite. They love choosing the long flowing ribbon. Simply tie a few ribbons to the back of the pipe cleaner ring and you’re ready to wear. Here’s my little princess rocking her princess flower crown. She loves it!
