Fold a white paper plate in half and cut out a half circle, starting from the folded side.

For an approximately 8" paper plate we used 64 popsicle or craft sticks. Paint the sticks with acrylic paint. Ella and Annie wanted to create a rainbow wreath, so we chose the colors accordingly.

You can use the fun confetti paint to paint the back of the white paper plate. The plate will be the base for the wreath. Think of the paper plate as a clock; start by gluing one painted popsicle stick at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 position. Next, center another popsicle stick in between each of the positioned sticks. Make sure to glue each stick in place. Continue placing popsicle sticks around the wreath, lining them up with the center each time.

The last layer of popsicle sticks will rest on top of the first layer. Fill in each space with the remaining 32 popsicle sticks, using hot glue to secure them. That's it! Isn't this wreath adorable? Glue some cute ribbon to the back of the wreath, tie a bow and hang it up!
