Spray paint the tops and sides of the jar lids so they match your party colors. Let dry. Paint a second coat if necessary.

Use a glue gun to attach flamingo and unicorn pool float toys to the tops of each of the painted lids.

Peel the backing off the pool party stickers and place one sticker on the front of each plastic jar.

Place some of the clear and blue water beads in a large bowl. The water beads come with a dozen small packs for each color. We used four small packs of clear and four small packs of blue. Those 8 packs were enough to make 8 party favor jars. A little goes a long way!

Add water to the water beads in the bowl. Let the water beads sit in large bowl for at least 6 hours. They will gradually grow and grow. Keep an eye on them and add water when they have absorbed all the water in the bowl. As long as there is some water still inside the bowl, the water beads will stay full. We kept ours in the bowl for a few days.

Fill each plastic jar halfway with water beads. Place a squirt toy fish inside then fill the jars up with more water beads.

Screw back on the lids with the pool float toys glued on top.

Place these pool float party favors on the party table at a Float Into Summer Pool Party. The kids will LOVE playing with the water beads and toys! Please note, the water beads are only to be given to older kids since they could possibly be a choking hazard to younger children.
