
Print the ears and mouth printable out on cardstock. Trim the pieces out.

Using the 2″ circle paper punch, cut out 2 black and 2 red circles from the construction paper. Using the 1″ circle punch, cut out 2 white circles from the construction paper.

Using Mini Glue Dots® place the circles on a Yellow Dinner Plate to make Pikachu’s face.

Draw in Pikachu’s nose with a Black Sharpie® Marker.

Turn the plate over and use Mini Glue Dots® to stick the ears to the plate.

Turn the plate over and attach the white plastic dowel to the bottom back of the plate with hot glue. Continue Step 1-6 to make the second Pikachu face.
