To create the flamingo, start by cutting pink chenille stems into 3" pieces. Bend one end of the newly cut stems on a straight angle and then curve the other end to form the neck and head of the flamingo.
Attach the straight end of the pink chenille stem to the backside of the pink swirl lollipop using a small dab of hot glue.

Next, add three pink feathers to the center of the back of the flamingo. Finally, cut a small strip of black felt and then snip off small triangles for the flamingos' beaks. Attach the beaks to the curved end of the chenille stem using hot glue.

To create the pineapples, start by hot gluing googly eyes to the front of yellow swirl lollipops.

Next, cut three 2" sections from green crepe paper and then cut the tops in a curved, pointed fashion to make leaves. Turn the lollipop over and glue each of the leaves to the top of the backside of the lollipop.

To give the pineapple lollipops a little flair, I added a bit of hot pink ribbon, and then attached a "you're the pineapple of my eye" free printable tag. Download the Free Pineapple & Flamingo Cupcake Toppers Printable here!

Finally, top your cupcakes or cake with your pineapple & flamingo lollipops! I decided to add the flamingos to cupcakes and added the pineapples to each place setting for a cute take-home party favor.
