Use markers and white cardstock to create a sky scene with snow like shown. Cut the cardstock with scissors so it's the same width of half of a small jar.
Place the paper inside the jar and cut the bottom so that the paper fits inside the jar with enough space to close the lid.
Trim the bottom left side of a foam Christmas tree with scissors.
Place the small foam ornaments onto the Christmas tree. Add foam gifts to the bottom of Snoopy's dog house and at the base of the tree.
Use a glue gun to glue Snoopy's dog house and the Christmas tree onto the inside of the jar lid.
Add fake snow and iridescent glitter into the jar.
Screw the lid back onto the jar. You can also use glue to hold the jar lid in place if you're worried about a child opening it up.
