
Print out the free printable template for the "Pretty as a Peach" wording. Use a little tape to attach the lettering to the front of the unfinished wood slat sign, then carefully trace around the letters with a metal scribe tool. When you have finished tracing all of the letters, remove the paper.

Use a pencil to lightly trace around the edges of the letters so that they'll be easy to see when you paint.

Using craft paint and a narrow paintbrush, fill in the letters thoroughly. You may need one or more coats of acrylic craft paint, depending on the look you would like to achieve.

Trim a length of burlap and lace ribbon to fit the width of the bottom slat of the sign.

Trim the lace and burlap so that it is very precisely aligned with the edge of the sign.

Adhere the lace trim to the front of the wood sign using hot glue. Allow to dry. Repeat this step on the top slat of the sign, as well.

Embellish the wood sign with a beautiful pink peony flor accent and greenery. These were attached simply, using hot glue.

A sprig of faux greenery is added to the lower corner of the sign, along with a faux peach and a flower bud from the peony stem.
