Print out one of each of the puppy ears templates. You can download the FREE templates here! There is one for Rubble, Chase and Marshall (Chase shown below). Cut them out.

For Chase, lay the bigger ear stencils on top of the brown foam sheet and trace with a thin marker or pen. Repeat for Rubble’s ears. Repeat for Marshall’s ears but use the white foam sheet. Cut them all out.

Place the smaller ear stencil on top of the light brown construction paper, trace and cut them out. Glue the smaller ear cutouts on top of the dark brown ear cutouts.

For Marshall’s ears draw a few black spots on Marshall’s ears with a black Sharpie marker.

Glue the Chase ears to either side of the Police Hat and attach Rubble’s ears to either side of the Construction Hat.

Glue a color coordinated Paw Print Cutout to the front of each of each hats. Be sure to check out the other Paw Patrol Party posts including a Paw Patrol™ DIY “Zuma Saves The Fish” Game and Puppy Chow Recipe.
