
Use a flat bristled paint brush and acrylic paint to paint the paper mache houses. There are three different house sizes, small, medium and large. Make all three or just make one!




To create shutters, carefully use scissors or snips to cut the ends of Large Natural Wood Craft Sticks or regular Natural Wood Craft Sticks to about 2.5”. Paint the sticks with acrylic paint and allow time for the paint to dry. Use hot glue to stick them to the houses.

Apply a thin layer of Mod Podge® in small sections using a Sponge Paintbrush. While the Mod Podge® section is still wet, sprinkle on some Iridescent Glitter. Repeat until the entire house is covered in glitter.

On the roof, apply a thin layer of Mod Podge® in small sections using a Sponge Paintbrush. While the Mod Podge® section is still wet, apply newspaper. Repeat until the entire roof is covered.

Glue Pearl Mix Beads to Medium Cream Frosted Sisal Trees. Glue the trees to the base of the paper mache houses using hot glue.

To create the picket fence, carefully use scissors or snips to cut regular Natural Wood Craft Sticks to about 2.5”. Cut the rounded ends of the sticks into points. Paint the sticks with acrylic paint and allow time for the paint to dry. Hot glue to the houses. Create cross beams by cutting off the rounded tips of the craft sticks. Paint them and glue to the fence pickets. Trim the cross beams as needed.
