
To make the cardboard wreath form, tie a length of string to a pushpin and push it into the middle of a piece of cardboard. Wrap the end of the string around the pencil. Hold the string taught and draw a large 6-8” circle. Cut out the cardboard circle.

Cut some paper straws 5”. Use hot glue to adhere full-length and 5” straws onto the cardboard circle alternating between the full-length and 5” straws.

For the inside circle, glue 5” straws onto the wreath.

Cut a 3” x 12” strip of patterned paper and score the paper every 1/2”. Accordion fold the paper and glue the ends together. Carefully fold the inside of the strip down and glue the middle to form a medallion.

Print and cut out the printable. Glue the free printable to the middle of the mason jar lid. Glue the lid to the wreath.
Fold a length of ribbon in half and glue the ends to the back of the wreath.
