
Turn the paper plate over to the back and use the glue spreader to cover the back of the paper plate with white Elmer's glue.



Pinch the white tissue paper squares at the center and press into the white glue that you spread onto the back of paper plate. Repeat until the back of the paper plate is covered. Doesn't the tissue paper look like fur?

Add some googly eyes and a small black circle for the nose. Cut two small half circles from white card stock for the polar bears ears. Use a black sharpie to partially fill in part of the white half circle. Glue both ears onto the back of the paper plate.
