Use a black sharpie or marker to draw a small triangle at the top of the plate. Continue to trace around the inner rim with the marker. With the black acrylic paint, paint the outer rim of the plate, as pictured. Draw two eyes with a black sharpie.
With a circle dip and dotter sponge, press two pink cheeks on the penguin.
Cut two penguin feet and a beak from orange craft foam and glue onto the penguin. Cut two flippers from the black craft foam sheets and glue to back of the paper plate.
