First you will want to paint the wood photo block. These neon paint markers are very user friendly, even for little hands, and the colors really pop. We used them two different ways. One was just to punch dots all over the cube and the other was to squeeze on paint and then move it around with a dry brush. Both worked really well. Let the paint dry.

Apply a little bit of Mod Podge® over the area you want to place your picture with a paint brush. We printed our pictures in black and white to create a nice contrast with the neon paint markers. Then lightly paint some more Mod Podge® directly over the picture. Don’t worry, it will dry crystal clear.

Attach a little note or sign that says Happy Father’s Day in the wire loop at the top. My 3 and 5 year old both loved personalizing their notes. That’s it. You’re ready to rock n’ roll with this easy Father’s Day craft. Happy Father’s Day everyone!
