Loosely paint a third of an 8x8 DIY Canvas with a single color of acrylic paint. Don’t overthink this just paint a few strokes onto the canvas.
Once the first paint stroke is dry, paint the second third of the canvas with a different color of paint and allow to dry. We chose a pink, black and gold color scheme to match our modern home office décor.
For the last paint color we will be using a fun gold foiling technique. Simply brush Mod Podge® Acrylic Sealer onto the last third of the canvas.
While the Mod Podge® is still wet, lay a sheet of Gold Foil Leaf on top of the Mod Podge® and allow time for the glue to dry.
Once the glue is completely dry, use a paintbrush to remove the excess gold leaf.
