Squeeze some of the white decorating icing to fill a spoon. Place one Madeleine Cake Cookie (ridged side up) onto the spoon. Press down lightly. The icing will attach the cookie to the spoon. Repeat for as many spoon cakes as you want to make.

Place a pack of Wilton white chocolate melts into a microwave-safe bowl and place in the microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Stir with a small rubber spatula. Continue at 100% power for another 1 minute, stir and continue this process until the candy is fully melted and smooth.

Dip the spoon cake into the melted white chocolate until fully covered. Place onto a piece of wax paper.

To decorate with sprinkles, shake the pink pearl sprinkles on the chocolate covered spoon cake before the chocolate hardens.

To decorate with icing, allow the chocolate covered spoon cakes to completely harden. Then using the pink decorator icing, create any pattern you want. Sit them all to the side to fully harden.

Serve them with these White Elegance Dessert Plates and Geo Hatch Beverage Napkins to your guests. You could also package them up in Clear Gift Cellophane Bags and tie with a twist tie or ribbon to give as cute Easter gifts.

Next, let's make the Easter Bunny Mini Cakes. Cut half of the stick off the bottom of each of the Bunny Ears Picks and push it down into the top center back of a SnoBall cake.

Squeeze some of the white decorator icing on the back of two Wilton Bunny Paw icing decorations and place them on the top of the SnoBall cake. Press down lightly to secure them to the cake.

Finish by squeezing a dot of white decorator icing to the where the ear picks meet the top of the cake. These are now ready to eat.

Now that your quick no-bake desserts are done, they are ready to display for your Easter Dinner guests. Create this Easter Bunny Display easily on your countertop or table with these 3 simple steps! First, Assemble an Easter Bunny Paper Lantern and sit it on top of a Glass Vase filled with Sparkling White Chocolate Candy.

Place two Geo Sprinkle Dinner Napkins on top of a Long White Platter to sit your desserts. Be sure to have some Geo Hatch Beverage Napkins on hand for guests to use. Place the completed desserts on the Long White Platter.

PARTY TIP: Each platter can hold 4 of the desserts. Here I only displayed 4 desserts but this can easily expand to display 8 desserts by placing two trays side by side and the Easter Bunny Lantern in the middle. To display more than 8 desserts, simply create more rows of trays in front in groups of two.
I hope this inspires you to try these easy and quick no-bake Easter Desserts. Be sure to pin it for later!
