Begin by assembling your paper fans, lanterns, and pom poms. Use the included sticky strips to secure the sides to each other for the fans and poms and insert the metal hanging piece for the paper lanterns. I used a package of each of the lanterns, fans and poms for my arch. My arch is 10' long and 2.5' wide.

Next, unroll the chicken wire and gently bend into a free form tube shape. Secure to the wall with screws or removable wall hooks. This will be the base of your garland, so be sure to bend it in the direction that you want the final garland to be in. Once in place, begin to add your paper lanterns by hooking them onto the chicken wire.

Continue to add paper lanterns to the top and bottom of the chicken wire garland by hooking the metal hook of the lantern to the chicken wire. Try to place them so that the bottom of the lantern does not show.

Next, it is time to layer in the tissue poms and paper fans. For these, start at the bottom and tie the string that comes on them to the chicken wire so that they hang to cover the bottom level of the chicken wire. Repeat as you work your way up the top tucking and tying poms and fans to the chicken wire until you can no longer see the chicken wire.

Once the chicken wire is completely covered with lanterns, poms, and fans. Tuck in a few large spiders to complete the Halloween look.
