Add white felt inside a 9 Inch Embroidery Hoop. Secure the felt sheet tightly inside the hoop.
Place the pattern pieces on Felt Sheets. Use Blue felt for the Narwhal body and fins and Use gold felt for the Narwhal horn. Cut hearts from the pink and blue felt.
