First, place a guitar in the center of the table. Then insert 3-4 faux peony and dahlia stems into the sound hole of the guitar. Next, cut a length of White Lace Ribbon and tie a bow around the neck of the guitar.
Tip: I recommend using a starter guitar which is smaller and more cost effective.

Next take a mallet from the DIY Unfinished Wood Mini Rhythm Instrument Set and from the 6 piece Rhythm Instrument Set.
Paint the tops of the mallets. Paint one coral and the other blue (or alternatively with your chosen color palette). Let dry.
Insert these into the central knot in the bow.

Next use painters tape to cover the pale cream portion of the tambourine from the Melissa & Doug Band in a Box.
Spray the uncovered rim of the tambourine a pale blue (or alternatively, the color of your wedding palette). Let dry.
Place the tambourine under the guitar neck.

Next, remove the tone block from the Melissa & Doug Band in a Box and add these between the tambourine and the top of the guitar body. Then add a country music tape on top of the tambourine.

Next, use painters tape to cover the wood handle of the cymbal. Spray the cymbal silver.
Rest the cymbal on the top edge of the guitar body, partially covering the tone block.

Paint a DIY Unfinished Wood Mini Rhythm Board blue. Glue a Silver Mirror Table Number to the front of the rhythm board and place this on top of the tape cassette.

Finally, add a White Hobnail Votive Holder in front of the cymbal.
