First, take the cymbals from the 6-Piece Rhythm Instrument Set and the Melissa & Doug Band in a Box. Cover the handle of the cymbals with painters tape. Spray the tops of the cymbals silver.
Evenly space and glue the cymbal's approx 1/4 of the way down from the top of a Stained Wood Sign (when vertical).

Next, remove tape cassette inserts from the plastic cassette containers. Cut off the picture portion. Glue the cassette covers above the cymbals. Then add numbers to the cymbals for table numbers. Alternatively, use the name of the album or artist for the table numbers.
Tip: I found vintage country music tape cassettes at a local 2nd hand music store. They can also be found on eBay or other 2nd hand junk and vintage stores.

Remove the existing lanyard insert from the Island VBS Name Tag Lanyards. Then cut the lanyard cord off the lanyard clip and attach it to the clear lanyard pocket.

Cut a length of blue ribbon and tie the ribbon through the lanyard clip.
Tip: Measure the ribbon from the cymbal center. Ensure the length keeps the lanyard pocket on the Stained Wood Sign (when vertical).
Next, print the free printable VIP passes. Cut out the passes and write in the guest names. Insert the VIP passes into the clear lanyard pockets.

Next, place the Stained Wood Sign onto the Studio Designs Museum Wooden Easel.
Hang the lanyards onto the appropriate cymbal handle.

Finally, secure a Adults Western Hat with Band onto the top of the easel with floral wire. Add a peony to the brim (it can be secured with the wired brim, otherwise secure with glue).
