Print and cut out the Cone Template PDF and the pink and blue patterned paper from the "Waddle it Be" Penguin Gender Reveal Printable Pack. Use a pencil to trace the cone shape onto the back of the patterned paper. Cut out the cone shape. Repeat this process for the number of cones that you'd like to create.

Roll the paper into cone shapes, making sure the circle opening is level all the way around. Secure together with double-sided tape. Set aside.

Cut a piece of White Tissue Paper to about 14" x 16." Fold the tissue paper in half to create a 7" x 16" rectangle, then in half again to create a 7" x 8" rectangle.

Gently poke the stick of a Pink or Blue Mini Twisty Lollipop (depending on the baby's gender) through the center of the tissue paper, being careful not to let the hole tear any larger than the diameter of the stick. Cup the tissue paper around the lollipop and add Pink or Blue Paper Confetti into the cupped space.

Gently fold the tissue paper up and over the confetti and lollipop, being sure that all of the edges are sealed. Twist the tissue paper just above where the lollipop ends, similar to the wrapper of a blow pop, and use a Chenille Stem to seal the opening closed.

Use scissors to cut off the excess tissue paper beyond the chenille stem, then apply hot glue all around the tip of the tissue paper pouch. Carefully use the lollipop stick to push the pouch into the tip of a paper cone, making sure to get it as close to the top of the cone as possible so that the lollipop pouch is completely hidden inside. Hold until the glue has secured the pouch in place.

Use a pencil to trace the base of each cone onto White Cardstock. Cut out the circle a bit inside the trace line so that the circle is a bit smaller that the one that you traced, then snip a small hole in the center of it and insert the lollipop stick through the hole. Apply hot glue to the base of the lollipop pouch around the stick, then slide the cardstock circle up the stick, inside the cone, and press it onto the hot glue to secure it in place.

Display on your party table as decor until it's time for the big reveal! We tucked the sticks inside Clear and Pink Bulb Bud Vases and nestled them amid a White Feather Boa, LED Warm White Mini String Lights, Iridescent Snowflake Christmas Ornaments and White Tinsel Pom-Poms down the center or our table. When it's time for the big reveal, pull up on the top of the paper cone and pull down on the lollipop stick to break the tissue paper. The color of the lollipop and the falling confetti will reveal the baby's gender!
