The wood craft rings come in pack of three, so you can make up to three wreaths with the supplies for this project! Paint the front of the craft rings with green acrylic craft paint and a foam brush.
Cut the strings off the wood shamrock ornaments with scissors. The shamrocks come in a pack of 12; you'll need two packages to create the three wreaths shown here. Paint half of the shamrocks light green and the other half dark green with craft paint and a foam brush.
Arrange the painted wood shamrocks and shimmering shamrocks onto the wreath form and attach with a dab of hot glue on the back. You can experiment with different layouts such as using three wood shamrocks and covering the rest of the circle with the small shamrocks, or alternating light green and dark green wood shamrocks.
Use the remaining shimmering shamrocks to cover the hole at the top of the wood shamrock ornaments by gluing one on top of each of the wood ornaments.
Repeat to make three wreaths to display together in a group. I hung mine over our fireplace mantel along with some green chevron party fans and green tissue fans to create a big impact for St. Patrick's Day!
