Cut two strips of paper about an inch wide to serve as the headband base. Cut leaf and flower shapes out of the colors of cardstock you choose.
Use Elmer's Paint Markers to add the centers of the flowers and lines on the leaves.
Use glue or staples to attach the two strips together to make one long piece. Glue or staple the leaves to the strip.
Glue the flowers on top of the headband.
Use a pencil to curl the leaves and flower petals. Simply wrap the ends of the leaves and petals around a pencil tightly, hold for a few seconds, then release to see how curled your paper gets. To add more curl hold the paper around the pencil for a longer period of time.
Fit the flower crown to the head it will be worn on and staple the ends together.
