Paint each of the 6" wood craft rings using acrylic craft paint and a foam brush. The rings come in a pack of three, so you can make a set of three mini wreaths if you like!

Paint one side of the wood squares with craft paint and a foam brush. For the square wreath, I used four colors of paint and painted two large squares, two medium squares, and two small squares in each color.

To make the square wreath, glue the large squares to one of the mini wreath rings with hot glue. Position the squares at an angle and alternate the colors as you go. You should be able to fit eight large squares around the wreath ring.

Next layer on the medium-sized squares by gluing them between the large squares at an angle. Finish by scattering the small squares on top and affixing them with glue to create a layered look.

To create the additional two wreaths, layer on the wood circles and wood diamonds in a similar manner and affix with hot glue. Hang with small nails to form a colorful grouping on your wall!
