To get started, take the gold tissue tassels off of the white string they hang from. Take a stapler and attach them onto the black tissue tassel garland. To make your own tassels cut green pixelated bandanas into fourths along the fold. Gather the top end of the bandana and accordion fold it to create one long strip. Staple into place. Cut 3/4 inch strips starting at the bottom of the bandana where it isn't stapled. Be careful to not cut past where you stapled. Stop just short of the stapled section.

Staple the green pixelated bandana tassels in between the gold and black tassels. This will create a custom layered look that will brighten up your party backdrop. I layered this banner onto the Mad scientist wall backdrop and the colors really stood out.

To create TNT bundles start with a piece of red construction paper. I used scissors to trim paper so it was 4 x 8 in. You will need 4 sheets of red paper for each TNT bundle you want to create. Gently roll the paper so it is 8 in. tall. Staple at the top and bottom to create a cylinder. Repeat until you have made 4 red cylinders. Use black duct tape cut into thirds and gently wrap around all 4 red cylinders. Download and print out the FREE TNT Printable as a label. Use clear tape to adhere the printable around all 4 cylinders.

To finish off the TNT bundles use some old coated wire to create a fuse. I used an old USB cord and wire cutters to cut a small section. Just staple the wire onto the red bundles to create your fuse. Next, use a stapler to add your TNT bundles to the finished banner, spreading them out across the banner as you go. The TNT really makes this DIY Minecraft Banner pop! Just add a few tissue paper fans and swirly hanging ghast tears and you're all set for your next Minecraft Birthday Party!
