To get started, take tissue paper in two shades of green and cut into 5-inch squares. I like to stack several sheets onto each other and cut them all at once. Stack 4 layers of tissue into individual stacks and save for later.

Start with a piece of foam board and paint it to match the rest of your party. I chose a bright green for mine. Take lime green plastic cups and use a hot glue gun to glue them onto the foam board in straight rows. Leave a little space between each cup as you glue. Allow to dry so cups are firmly in place.

Gather all the fun prizes and trinkets that you want to add to your cups. I chose Minecraft tattoos, stickers, erasers, clear gems, black gems, blue gems, Hershey's Nugget candy, and black or green candy straws. Fill each cup with various treats. If you'd like to leave one empty you can let that be the grand prize and give the lucky winner a pixel pal as a special treat!

Using black tissue paper, cut out a creeper face. Lay your foam board with cups attached flat on the floor. Take the stacks of green tissue paper and lay one tissue paper square on top of each cup. Use a rubber band to secure tissue paper onto the cups. Alternate the two shades of green tissue paper until all cups are filled. If you feel like you can still see through the tissue paper consider using two squares of tissue paper per cup instead of just one. Use glue dots to attach the black tissue paper faces onto random cups. I only used about 6 or so.

Now it's time to play! Your party guests can take turns punching the cups to reveal the treasures inside. As they unlock new treats they can fill up their minecraft loot party bags. What a fun interactive way to fill up those birthday treat bags!

As your party guests unlock more treasures they can sit down with their treat bags and trade treasures with a friend. This is a game everyone will love to play and is sure to remember even after the party is over!
