First, paint one DIY Unfinished Wood Sign light blue and another DIY Unfinished Wood Sign pale pink.
Tip: Mix pink and white paint to achieve a pastel pink color.

Print out the FREE Mickey & Minnie Backdrop Template and liberally coat the back of the paper with the pencil.
Flip the printable over and center it on the board where you would like the quote to appear. Draw around the outline of the words using the same pencil.
Remove the paper to reveal a faint outline that can be traced with chalk pen. Use a chalk marker to write over the outline, coloring in the thickness of the letters with chalk.
Alternatively, write the Mickey or Minnie in your own handwriting or cut the word template using a Cricut® machine.

Next, take the pale pink and pale blue card stock from the Winter Cardstock Variety Pack.
Cut out two 8" circles in each color and two 5" circles in each color.
Attach the 8" circles to the painted circles. Use glue dots to adhere the circles on the top left and right. Approx 1/3 of the card stock circles should be behind the larger wood circle.
Retain the smaller circles, they will be used in a subsequent step.

Next, remove the red polka dot bow from the Minnie Mouse Ears with Reversible Bow.
Reverse the bow to show the pink side. Use Removable Glue Dots® Value Pack or hot glue to attach the bow to the pink, Minnie ears.

Remove the excess ends from the Light Blue Hanging Fans and the Candy Pink Tissue Hanging Fans.

Take the smallest fans and attach them to the largest fans to create ears. Use glue dots to adhere the fans to the back of the fan on the top left and right. Approx 1/3 of the small fans should be behind the larger fans.
Next, take the smaller 5" card stock circles and adhere them in the same way to the medium size fans.

Finally, using Removable Glue Dots® Value Pack place the Mickey & Minnie ear silhouettes onto the wall in the desired position.
I grouped the pale blue on one side of the party space and the pale pink on the other side to reflect the Mickey or Minnie question.
Tip: Depending on the surface, you may need stronger removable picture hanging strips for the wood circles.
