Using the black sharpie and a clear plastic wine glass, draw closed eyes and eyelashes, as shown in the image.

Using a pink Sharpie, draw lips onto the face of your wine glass Marie Antoinette. You can make some smiling, some smirking and some with open mouths, to add a little personality.

Continue adding faces to the wine glasses until you have completed enough for your guests.

Insert a cupcake into the glass on its side, as shown. This will create a solid colored face behind the plastic.

With your pale pink icing in an icing bag, snip the tip and ice the top of the cupcake in a zig zag formation to create the look of curls for the base layer of the hair for your cupcake creation.

Add a generous layering of carnival cotton candy to create a dramatically fluffy up do for your Marie Antoinette. You can also add a short length of gold striped paper straw to accent the design. Pro tip: Cotton Candy may dissolve when exposed to humidity; be sure to serve your treats within an hour of placing the cotton candy on the treats for optimum presentation.

Embellish with pale pink tulle, or turquoise organza fabric to give your Marie Antoinette a finished look.
