Melt the white chocolate in the microwave according to the directions on the package. Dip your spoon in the melted chocolate, completely covering the scoop part of the spoon. Set the spoon on the wax paper so the chocolate can harden.

Take the white chocolate-coated spoons and dip one side into the milk chocolate. Repeat this same step on the opposite side, leaving a bit of the white showing in the middle to create the penguin’s body.

While the chocolate is still warm, add the candy eyes and orange or yellow candy for the nose. Set spoons on wax paper to cool.
