Starting with the Jumbo Duck Quills, select 3 colors of your choice and apply a small amount of hot glue to the tips. Next, secure them to the hat under the ribbon.
Fan out 3 playing cards of your choice and secure them together on the corner with hot glue.
Attach a length of ribbon to two of the Silvertone Large Key Charms.
Attach the cards to the hat with hot glue, tucking them under the ribbon. Adhere the key to the hat with glue.
Assemble the Garden of Wonders Centerpiece per included instructions.
Place the Garden of Wonders Centerpiece on top of the hat. Optional: Apply a small dab of glue to secure it to the hat.
