Start with four pint mason jars. Add a mini paper doily and a burlap heart shape to the front of each jar with a little hot glue around the back edges.

Paint wood letters with turquoise acrylic craft paint and a foam brush to spell "LOVE" (or whatever word you would like).

Glue the painted wood letters to the front of each mason jar with hot glue.

To make the flowers, stack six mini doilies on top of each other. I like to alternate between two different colors (this pack of doilies has five pretty colors to choose from).

Poke a floral wire (I used 20 gauge wire) through the stack of six doilies and poke it back through again. Twist the wire around itself to form a stem. Cut off some of the end of the stem with wire cutters to make it shorter if needed.

Form the flower by starting with the doily at the top of the stack and pinching it upwards. Continue with each of the doilies underneath until you have a pretty flower shape. Repeat to make as many flowers as you want for your centerpiece. I made 2-3 per jar, and varied the colors for each of them.

Add some additional faux greenery to each jar along with a couple doily flowers. Arrange your jars on a table or shelf for a pretty display for Valentine's Day or year-round!
