Download the Free Flower Petal Template Printable here! Print on white paper stock. Cut the smallest size petal, then trace onto a white foam sheet. Cut 5 petals per flower. Tip: If you'd like to change the color of your petals to better match your party's colors simply paint the petals with acrylic paint. To create the leaves, cut 4" strips of apple green crepe paper streamer. Fold in half, then on the folded end cut in an arched manner towards the top of the paper. Turn over, then cut in the same fashion to meet the bottom of the other side, careful to leave a folded space of crepe paper joined at the bottom. When opened up, you should have two small leaves that are still attached to each other.

Finally, top chocolate cupcakes, muffins, or even a cake with your new DIY Lollipop Flower Toppers!
