First, add guest names onto Medium Galvanized Pots. Use either white alphabet stickers or write in your favorite font using a chalk pen, white paint pen, Sharpie® or vinyl letters.
Place potted herbs into the pails. Next, add table numbers to Wooden Craft Sticks and insert these into the potted herb plants.
Add a fun and quirky styling prop. Use painters tape to protect the handle of a small gardening tool and spray paint the spade lilac. Remove the tape and insert the spade into one of the potted herbs.
Next, paint the DIY Scalloped Edge Tray Set white. Cut out the floral design from a Garden Party Dinner Napkin. Place the floral design onto the middle of the tray and set with Mod Podge® Acrylic Sealer. Repeat for the remaining tray.
I used my Cricut® to cut the vinyl message that I then applied to the trays. Download the template HERE to trace the messaging. Use a paint pen or metallic sharpie to write "Find Your Seat" on one tray and "It's Party Thyme" on the other tray. Alternatively, you could use alphabet stickers to create these instructions on the side of the trays.
Place the potted herbs on the trays. Use risers to elevate the smaller tray higher than the other so every table can be clearly seen.
Finally, place the larger tray in front of the raised tray.
