Lay out the neon glitter glue set, 12-color Crayola washable markers, and foam stickers that come with the foam frames, and let the kids decorate their license plates. At this point, I reminded the kids that a license plate has letters and numbers and usually some picture from the state they are from. I really wanted them to be able to do whatever they wanted, but giving them a picture of what one looks like seemed to help them have some guidance.
